I. GENERAL

-I reserve the right to reject the commission for any reason.
-Always give credit and/or place a link to my page (@Piiruxx)
-Respect the work queue
-I do not draw or imitate other artists' styles, only if it is in relation to a franchise
-I do not tolerate my art being "touched up" or edited, only if it is for reference
-Do not use my art for AI or NFT

II. PAYMENTS

The Artist will only begin a commission after full payment is received. Partial payments are not accepted. Clients may refuse to pay, which cancels the commission, but asking for more time to pay won't result in cancellation.
I can cancel a commission if I can't complete it, if the client refuses to pay, is disrespectful, cancels, or reports an error in the request.
Full refunds are only given if the commission is canceled before the sketch is completed. No refunds are given once the sketch or line drawing has begun.
I am not responsible for the client's spending decisions. Refunds are only given for issues related to the artist's service.

III. PROCESS

Pirux’s commission process is based on personal experience and may vary slightly depending on the commission type. Before accepting, the artist will explain their services and answer any client questions. Clients are encouraged to provide clear details and image references—multiple are welcome, and quality doesn't matter. While references not owned by the client are accepted, Pirux will not copy existing artwork. The artist will accept commissions based on interest and skill, and may ask follow-up questions for clarity. If other commissions are in progress, the client will be informed. Once accepted, full upfront payment is required.
-For PayPal, the artist will request an email for invoicing
-For Robux, payment is made through a gamepass.
-Work begins only after full payment is received.
Sketching Phase
After receiving full payment, Pirux will begin the sketching phase. Depending on the commission type, multiple sketches or thumbnails may be provided. The artist offers up to two full redrafts if the concept doesn’t meet the client’s expectations. Once a sketch is chosen, it will be refined into a cleaner version. At this stage, only minor changes are allowed—pose changes are not included.
Lineart & Coloring
Once the sketch is approved, Pirux will move on to lineart and solid coloring. During this phase, the artist will check for missing details, incorrect colors, or minor adjustments. Major revisions or full redrawing at this stage will require an additional fee.
Final Rendering & Delivery
After coloring, Pirux will render the piece based on the style requested. Clients may ask for minor edits, such as alternate versions with or without rendering, overlays, or effects. Any other small tweaks can be requested and will be accommodated if possible. The final artwork will be delivered via email in the highest quality available, marking the commission as complete.

IV. Artist and Client Rights

Pirux reserves the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason, especially if it falls under the "Will Not Draw" list (available in the commission info). The artist may also choose not to respond to non-commission-related messages. Pirux retains the right to publicly display any commission, including canceled ones.
Clients may use their commissioned artwork for any purpose except direct profit (e.g., selling prints, merch, or other products). For merchandise-related commissions, clients must contact Pirux directly to discuss terms and pricing. Clients may edit their commissions but must credit the original work and not claim it as their own.
Both the artist and the client are free to share public reviews about their experience with one another.
